Joe has served as CFO of three public companies—eMusic.com (NASDAQ: EMUS), Merix Corporation (NASDAQ: MERX), and Borland Software (NASDAQ: BORL)—and as CFO of several pre-public companies. As CFO, he led multiple public offerings, private placements, M&A transactions, and the IPO for eMusic.com.
Joe is Vice President, Strategic Initiatives and Co-Founder of Workiva, creator of Wdesk—the leading cloud-based solution provider for SEC and business reporting.
Joe previously worked with the SEC Professionals Group through his position as Managing Director for Financial Intelligence, LLC. He is a CPA (inactive) and an alum of Arthur Andersen & Co. Joe earned a BA from the University of Michigan and an MS in Accounting from Eastern Michigan University.
Camille Kearns Rudy
The SEC Professionals Group National Director and Local Chapter Executive
Camille is based in Chicago and responsible for the growth of the organization, including the formation of local chapters and sponsor recruitment. She orchestrated the first satellite chapter of the SEC Professionals in the Chicago metro area and has been instrumental in the establishment of subsequent chapters throughout the United States.
She works closely with SEC Professionals Group Advisory Chairs in each city to establish the leadership team, grow the membership base, facilitate quarterly meetings, engage local sponsors, and create value for members and sponsors.
Camille has extensive experience in recruiting and managing diverse groups. She has a successful track record in building relationships, partnerships, and programs across the public, private, and civic sectors. She spearheaded the development of several organizations over the span of her career, including the Public Affairs Forum at London Broadcasting Company, The Regional Affairs Council at KYW Newsradio, Philadelphia, and the NAFTA Coalition for the Illinois State Chamber of Commerce.
Camille earned a BA from Saint Mary's College, Notre Dame and an MS in Public Administration and Public Policy from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
